How to Use HooBuy With the W2C Spreadsheet, Step by Step

Buying through an agent feels daunting the first time, but the loop is always the same: find a link, submit it, pay, inspect, then ship. HooBuy makes this easier for beginners with its video tutorials, and this written walkthrough covers the same ground, from the spreadsheet to your doorstep.

Step 1: Find your product

Start on the W2Cspreadsheetcategoriessearch

Step 2: Submit the link to HooBuy

Create a HooBuy account, then paste the product link into the order tool. Select the size, colour and quantity, and add any notes for the buyer, for example a specific colourway or a request to double-check a defect-prone area. If you get stuck, this is exactly the point where HooBuy's beginner video tutorials help, because they show the real submission screen rather than describing it in the abstract.

Step 3: Pay the item cost to the warehouse

At this stage you pay the product price plus its domestic Chinese shipping to HooBuy's warehouse. This is not the international shipping fee yet. Because HooBuy charges no handling fee, there is no separate service charge stacked on top of the item at this point; you are simply funding the purchase and its delivery to the warehouse.

Step 4: Review your quality check

Once the item reaches the warehouse it goes through a free basic quality inspection. Look closely at logos, stitching, colour and overall condition. HooBuy does not publicly state the exact number of QC photos, so if you need extra angles, ask and confirm what is available on the official site. If something is clearly wrong, this is the moment to act, and HooBuy's monthly free-return allowance can cover a return if the item fails your check.

Step 5: Consolidate before the 90-day clock runs out

Wait until all of your items have arrived, then consolidate them into one parcel. HooBuy gives you 90 days of free storage, which is plenty of time to group several finds, but keep the deadline in mind: items that are never submitted for shipping within 90 days are destroyed. Note the arrival date of each item so nothing is forgotten at the back of the warehouse.

Step 6: Choose a shipping line, pay and receive

Pick a shipping line based on price, speed and which items it accepts, then pay the international shipping fee. Your total is the item cost, that international shipping, and any duties, plus a customs declaration charge of roughly 8 RMB per parcel. Customs and duties depend on your destination country, not on the agent, so a parcel can occasionally be taxed or held at the border regardless of who shipped it. Track it to your address, and your first HooBuy order is complete.
